We are accredited constructors for Sydney Water and Hunter Water, authorised to deliver sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure works in accordance with their specifications and standards.

Our scope includes sewer main construction, water main installation, stormwater drainage systems, water and sewer service connections, sewer concrete encasements, and hydraulic infrastructure for new developments, dual occupancies, subdivisions and system upgrades. We also undertake deviations, alterations and extensions to existing water and sewer connections where required to facilitate approved development works.

We provide sewer pegout reports to accurately locate existing sewer infrastructure and junction points prior to construction. Pegouts are carried out in accordance with authority requirements to ensure correct alignment, depth confirmation and compliance before excavation or connection works commence.

Sewer concrete encasements are required when a proposed building, driveway or footing is positioned over an existing sewer main. The process involves carefully excavating and fully exposing the pipe, cleaning and checking its condition and levels, arranging the required inspections, then installing formwork and reinforcement to the approved design. Concrete is poured to the specified dimensions to protect the pipe from structural loads, allowed to cure, and inspected before backfilling, so construction above can proceed with the sewer properly protected and compliant.
